We worked with Haley thru Yuma Risk Management for the last 9ish years. Only reason we're parting ways is because we moved from AZ to TX. She has amazing communication skills, respectful and organized. She knows how to do her job flawlessly and always works to get you the best prices for insurance. Martin at Yuma Risk Management Group, LLC is fantastic! Here is my story: Sadly, one of my houses had its Home Insurance dropped by State Farm because my roof was too old! (I have old wooden tiles). In addition to this, I had gone into the State Farm office two months prior to have my policies amended, but the lady working on my case was let go and my case was somehow lost in the mix! Martin - Was extremely helpful and the whole staff very knowledgable. Was able to insure a vehicle that is seldom used at my home in AZ and does not fall under the weight for a passenger vehicle. They worked to get it under a commercial policy for personal use since it was looked at as a commercial vehicle.
Ms. Vianey did a great job helping me determine insurance needs and answered my questions. She was cordial and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her and also the entire Yuma Risk Management Group for your insurance needs.
I worked with Martin to get me a bond for a bonded title. In short oder, he delivered so quickly that I was able to complete the titling transaction with the MVD all within 24hrs. This guy was personable, super efficient, and had a great attitude. I'll be back in August for another one.
