Sean is absolutely amazing when negotiating on behalf of our company for the best possible rates from the best possible carriers. Rochelle is very timely and always really great to communicate with our team regarding all of our needs throughout the year. Staff is very responsive to inquiries. They send back requests for information quickly and explain questions about the policy. They are fast about sending certificates for events as well. They found us a policy more suited to our business, a microbrewery, than what we had before. I have not had to make any claims yet, fortunately, so I cannot say how things go with that.

TruView is truly awesome! Sean and Rochelle are extremely responsive to questions and requests for COIs. Sean does an amazing job hunting for the best value and cost when it comes to policy renewals. They spend the time you need to review options as well as assist with any questions without making you feel rushed. We normally would shop around for quotes every year, but I can honestly say that I trust Sean to find the best deal for our company, so we no longer need to shop around.
