Paul is awesome. Most important: he helped us obtain better policies for less money. And it cost us nothing. But he also has a deep knowledge base and does a great job explaining all the insurance lingo in your policies. I was surprised how much time we spent on our first call. Very thorough.

I have returned to Toufar Insurance, more than once: Paul does his due diligence to find the best insurance which is the most cost effective! My stepdaughter recommended Paul to me because she thought he was excellent, now so do I. Paul is an independent agent so he compares rates from multiple companies. He took the time to discuss my current rates, my driving, etc and told me the reasoning behind his recommendattions. He also is very personable and it was a pleasure to talk with him.
