After hearing that Jon Lester left his previous agency and made the switch to Rice, I immediately contacted Jon to continue our relationship and was glad I did. What a fantastic experience! Dealing with insurance companies ranks up there with dealing with the IRS, DMV and the dentist. Not the case here!! Shawna Simmons was able to save me a few hundred dollars a year and I have better coverage. I have no doubt that she will continue to look out for me.
