The Rice Agency- specifically Nate McComsey is fantastic!! I will refer him to my entire family and all of my friends. He will answer at the drop of a dime and help you from start to finish with any questions and make the entire process painless. His quotes are hard for any other company to beat. The Rice insurance group, specifically Jon Lester, has been amazing to work with! Always on top of everything and whenever I’ve had to add a new policy, it’s always been painless! Jon has always listened to my goals and made sure I was able to obtain them when it came to numerous policies and timing, etc. Can’t speak highly enough about them!
Jon Lester came through for us in a time of panic! Our previous insurance agent sold her practice and allowed our policy to lapse which we found out at 10pm on a Friday night. I called Jon in a state of panic to see if he could help. Not only did he pick up my call, he had us set up with a new policy that night. It's hard to find people that will work hard for you like that. He didn't have to take the call, but he did, and I'm extremely thankful that he did!
Jon is incredible! He listens to what you need and responds immediately with the best options possible. He is incredibly versed in the marketplace and understands all of the nuance to the business. Jon is easy-going and enjoyable to work with - highly, highly recommend him.
