Larry Henkes and Cary Welsh first began working together in 2001 as board members with the Northern Nevada Independent Agents Association. In 2003, Cary joined the agency; Larry had been there since 1998. As their careers grew, they talked about forming their own agency. This came to fruition in early 2006.
