We worked hard together to get a better rate for home and auto. This began with getting a new roof (which Shelly had advised me was the stopping us from going forward with a new quote). This was completed months ago(6 months). So this took longer than I would have anticipated, but we are there now.
We did not receive our renewal (in the mail) of our homeowners policy, got a cancellation notice with additional charges to renew our policy. We spoke with Debbie, our agent, and she was able to accept our check and have the penalty waived. We also got a weird bill after paying our auto policy in full for the next 6 months; and, again, Debbie called the carrier to find out what was going on and got the problem corrected. Debbie is a good problem solver and nice to speak with!
It is important for me to say, and I'm sure I speak for many, Lora Copley and her staff of The Buren Insurance Group have given outstanding service in every way. Efficiency A+ and Kindness A+.
