We had been with our previous insurance company for about 10 years. We liked our previous insurance agent but they ended up retiring. We never looked around for better pricing and coverage until our friends told us about Tebbs Brothers Insurance Group. We worked with James Pratt who was able to find us better coverage for home insurance and better pricing for car insurance (with similar coverage as before). We’re now saving about 80 bucks a month! I’m impressed with their quick help and easy process to switch over!

I initially was working with James and had tried for months to get him to do what I asked but he was unable to do so. I gave him a second chance and same issues. My account was moved to Palmer and he was great! He is thorough and did things quickly and accurately and his turn around time was exactly when he said it would be. And the rates were great!
