I have been with Steve Love Insurance Agency for over 15 years. Unfortunately today I will be canceling my policy with them due to the terrible customer service I received from the personal lines auto guy Mr. White. I called when the office opened at 9 and apparently that was upsetting to him as he mentioned multiple times his computer wasn't set up and he was one of 2 people in the office and that I was the first call of the day repeatedly!!!! Don’t trust these people. I was with them for 20 years and then they changed owners and they have done nothing but cancel me. Please save yourself the trouble don’t shop at Steve love insurance company.
I have been with Steve Love Insurance Agency for nearly 10 years, even after moving we decided to stay with them. There is nothing like being able to call an office and speak with friendly and prompt people. Insurance can be overwhelming with different terms and agreements. This team does a great deal of work to help you understand the process whether it be with my auto or home.
