I was very disappointed in the customer service here. I spoke to one of there agents in regards to my homeowners insurance policy, I wanted to make some changes and she told me I could not before even looking at what i was asking. My husband and I called to get an insurance policy for homeowners and Tom the owner was rude and disrespectful. When we were transferred to his office he picked up the phone asking who it was. When we told him who we were and we were referred to him his answer was “ yea and”. I said is that how you speak to new customers? He told us if we didn’t like his attitude we can go somewhere else.
