Terrible experience. I was contacted by phone, only to be told afterward that no one had called me. I had reached out weeks ago to verify whether my policy was active and was told it was not. However, I later found out that the policy was in fact active. When I questioned this, I was told there was no record or call log of my original inquiry. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Roy Reeve Agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was in the process of buying a home in a 55+ retirement community and urgently needed affordable homeowner’s insurance. We will no longer use Roy Reeve due to their unprofessional conduct and unacceptable behavior. Others should be aware of this before considering their services. Our experience with the company was marked by disrespectful communication from employees and an organizational culture that tolerates such behavior. The president of the company displayed ignorance and racist attitudes, which are completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed in the customer service here. I spoke to one of there agents in regards to my homeowners insurance policy, I wanted to make some changes and she told me I could not before even looking at what i was asking.
