I just want to give a shout out to Cassidy Miles who has helped me with several things recently with my policy. She was very professional and willing to do all she could. She was amazing and exceptional. Actually 5 stars are not enough. I'm so glad I found her and prefer her every time I need to reach out about my policy. I will also recommend her to anyone. I received a letter in the mail from Robert Black Insurance requesting for me to call for a quote. I called the receptionist seem irritated and asked “ why do would you want to switch if you have Progressive ? “. Why send me a marketing letter in the mail if you don’t want to proceed with a quote. Bad customer service !

I don't know who owns this company who started this company or what but they asked him very personal questions when you're trying to get a quote on a policy I have never had an insurance company ever asked me why didn't I have insurance before now or while I'm having to change it or how far I have to drive to work never had an insurance company ask these questions if you don't want to answer these questions don't go to this company
