I have worked with Juanita Lerma for several years and the service she provides is second to none. Juanita Lerma, at RC Fischer & Co, assisted us when we were looking to change insurance providers. Most of the time you dread getting all this information and having to start from square one, it usually includes a lot of information that is hard to synthesize. But she not only made it so that we wholly understood, she was patient and kind and very well-versed. She was so efficient and helpful that we have been referring friends and family to her! She’s the best.
RC Fischer is a great company. The customer service is terrific. They go out of their way to work for the customer and their best interest. I feel like I have an advocate on my side especially when I’ve had a tough claim. We have our auto, home and non profit through them. They can handle it all. Juanita Lerma is particularly helpful. I can go to her for anything. I highly recommend RC Fischer.
Absolutely awesome to work with - and VERY fast and efficient. We were dropped by our fire insurance (FYI as is often the case in bay area hills).. definitely a nerve-wrecking process - but Juanita and Diane were there to save the day!! They clearly really care about providing amazing service and put my worries to rest. I felt heard and taken care of and this is really important given the stresses of home-ownership in the bay (re. fire insurance). Thank you Juanita and Diane - best agents ever!
