Putnam Insurance offers great service with value. The staff is excellent and responsive. Nora handled a claim related to our vehicle. The agency made sure that we got the repairs needed, arranged our car rental, and negotiated the repair and price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After my windshield was damaged, Nora at the Putnam Agency was a tremendous help. Nora worked with efficiency and patience, listening to my concerns and then “went out her way” to get the answers I needed. I received wonderful service. Nora made filing a claim a pleasure and that is not easy to do!

My family has been with Putnam agency for decades, and I have been with them for the nearly 20 years I have been driving. Within the last three years I have moved out of state and most recently had to sell my vehicle due to yet another military move. Nora has helped me navigate this process the entire time. She has worked with me and my schedule, time zone changes, and helped me to deal with the insurance agency and DMV. Nora, Maggie and the whole Putnam team were really helpful when my family experienced a car accident. They walked us through the process, helped us get the claim going with the other driver's insurance, and helped us with questions. Then when replacing the car that was totaled they worked with us and the dealer to get things done efficiently. Having a local office made things so much easier and personal. They were always willing to answer our questions.
