They are always quick to respond with options and I trust they offer the best rates from multiple sources, within the state and surrounding areas, including flood insurance options, which is certainly needed in most of this area. I find the company very dedicated to the needs of their patrons, as one who has been a patron for over 14 years. I see no reason to change, since Patton Morgan and Clark are the best.
I haven't had a claim yet, but I have been with the company for over a year and Nathan has been very helpful and prompt whether it was getting me quotes for my business or sending me documents I need to bid jobs. It also happens that there prices are very competitive too so I am very happy with them.
My Mom recently experienced some medical issues and was in the hospital. As a result she had been unable to pay her homeowners insurance. I began handling her affairs and got a letter in the mail that the policy had been canceled, which is never exciting. I went straight down to their office and the employees there were very helpful. They understood what my Mom was going through and helped me reactivate her policy the same day. Very helpful.
It is such a pleasure working with Connie Millsaps at PMC Agency. She is very quick with response when I have a question and makes navigating insurance very easy. A+
