We were having a difficult time with our homeowner's insurance and agent; Jessica was wonderful in helping us by answering questions, returning phone calls and emails. She bundled our auto with homeowners to get a discount and showed where we could make other adjustments. She made it so easy to deal with all the paperwork and sent me reminders of my to do list!
