An agent called caley, she doesn't know how to talk to costumors, she is arrogant and sees her self superior to the others. I felt like a second degree citizen.

Terrible company! Never sent me any information about my renters insurance. Little did I know the renewed my insurance without any notification! Then when I call the coperate office they can’t even find me in there system! I finally get on the phone with my insurance agent and he tells me he will call me back when he figures out what is going on. I NEVER received a call back! I had to call again and still did not get an answer. So now I am waiting. VERY poor coustmer service!
