I've been working with North Central insurance for probably 10 plus years. I've had fantastic service my entire time, through multiple vehicle changes, claims that were handled excellently on time, and an agent who is always there for me. Thank you Scott, and thank you North Central insurance for everything you do! I couldn't imagine doing insurance without you!
I have worked with Scott Yoder for many years now. He insures my House, cars, and motorcycle. He always gets me a super rate and is very friendly and knowledgeable! He does all of the research and is always willing to go the extra mile to check with other companies to insure I have the best rate I can get. He responds to my messages quickly and gets all the information requested. I would highly recommend Scott and Northcentral!!!!!!
Spoke with a Ryan. He was very rude and condescending. I’m not normally the one to post negative reviews. But the way he talked to me over the phone was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
