I have worked with Scott Yoder for many years now. He insures my House, cars, and motorcycle. He always gets me a super rate and is very friendly and knowledgeable! He does all of the research and is always willing to go the extra mile to check with other companies to insure I have the best rate I can get. He responds to my messages quickly and gets all the information requested. I would highly recommend Scott and Northcentral!!!!!!

Spoke with a Ryan. He was very rude and condescending. I’m not normally the one to post negative reviews. But the way he talked to me over the phone was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I’ve been very satisfied in working with Ryan at North Central Insurance, he was able to help me review my coverage and made good recommendations for coverage levels given my situation. Ryan is very responsive and great to work with. I was able to get more coverage at a lower cost than my previous policies. I have nothing but good things to say about North Central insurance and Ryan in particular. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs insurance or hasn’t reviewed their situation in a while.
