I’ve been very satisfied in working with Ryan at North Central Insurance, he was able to help me review my coverage and made good recommendations for coverage levels given my situation. Ryan is very responsive and great to work with. I was able to get more coverage at a lower cost than my previous policies. I have nothing but good things to say about North Central insurance and Ryan in particular. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs insurance or hasn’t reviewed their situation in a while.
Scott Yoder took the time to break down my old insurance and let me know where I could be liable if something came up. Then compared the products he suggested and showed how they limited my liability. All of this cost only a fraction more in the long run. Very happy I took the time to sit down and get an understanding of what my business needed.

Terrible company! Never sent me any information about my renters insurance. Little did I know the renewed my insurance without any notification! Then when I call the coperate office they can’t even find me in there system! I finally get on the phone with my insurance agent and he tells me he will call me back when he figures out what is going on. I NEVER received a call back! I had to call again and still did not get an answer. So now I am waiting. VERY poor coustmer service!
