I have had my insurance on a rental property cancelled twice based in nationwide having wrong information ie the house is vacant and there are plants/growth growing on the roof. The home had tenants for a long time prior to the letter from Nationwide being issued and the home was fully renovated with a new roof. Charles was updated about the facts. Having problems getting an escrow check issued. Canceled my homeowners policy and need to pay escrow to new insurance company. Being ignored, disconnecting phone calls etc. don’t recommend this agent or company.
