We worked with Catherine M. and she was lovely! She helped us bundle our home and auto insurance and notified us of insurance claims that our sellers did not disclose. She was always very timely and helpful, would recommend her to anyone.
Very bad experience so far. (I do take some blame for not triple checking everything) Home quote they failed to notify my mortgage company, so i had to rectify that, then Auto insurance, they quoted the wrong policy (wife and I both had 2020 chevys) and had me driving uninsured for a month. Found out because i was called by the loan holder. Then they sent my paperwork to the wrong cresit union.They raised my monthly 25 a month after that.
