I have had Members Home and Auto Insurance for a few years. I've compared and still choose them.
Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with and they provide great service and value. Updated 11/27/2024: They no longer are as good at finding the least expensive insurance options. They seem to really only get 2 quotes and one of the places, while it may be cheaper always seems to find a loophole or try to force you to do something unreasonable to keep or get the insurance. I used Members years ago when I first started my own auto policy. They secured a great policy at the time. I'm back now after switching to AAA since then and our rates just going up, up, up. Catherine was able to save me over 30% on my auto policy and some money on my home policy as well. We are very happy customers! Thank you, Catherine!
I always receive excellent service from Andrea Miller. She is very professional and can always answer any questions that I have. She also notifies me if there is ever a better deal for my home and auto insurance. I never doubt her capability to give me top notch service and her desire to get me the best deal.
The customer service here is A++++! To be quit honest, I don't shop around for rates (which I know is silly) because the customer service here can not be beat. Andrea Miller has been a heaven send for me. I insure my cars, my primary residence and even my investment properties with them. Andrea makes my life so simple as it relates to insuring my assets.
