I used Members years ago when I first started my own auto policy. They secured a great policy at the time. I'm back now after switching to AAA since then and our rates just going up, up, up. Very bad experience so far. (I do take some blame for not triple checking everything) Home quote they failed to notify my mortgage company, so i had to rectify that, then Auto insurance, they quoted the wrong policy (wife and I both had 2020 chevys) and had me driving uninsured for a month. Found out because i was called by the loan holder. Then they sent my paperwork to the wrong cresit union.They raised my monthly 25 a month after that.
