I used Members years ago when I first started my own auto policy. They secured a great policy at the time. I'm back now after switching to AAA since then and our rates just going up, up, up. The customer service here is A++++! To be quit honest, I don't shop around for rates (which I know is silly) because the customer service here can not be beat.
