I think I spoke with a charming lady named Rachael who really seemed to appreciate my call in a warm and professional way and seemed eager to earn my business. When I went into their office, they weren’t sure if I needed the insurance or if they could find a company that would insure the RV car port we had installed to protect our travel trailer. I assured them that I still wanted to insure it and with a liability clause. They not only found an insurer, but at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks, McGowan insurance!

McGowan went above and beyond for our horses and us! They took the time to research our questions and were thorough in their response. We appreciate this agency and their dedication to their customers. This is an independent agency which means they’ll price policies, based on the coverage and deductible amounts you want, with numerous different insurance carriers. So, you get to choose the right coverage with the carrier you want. They are fantastic!

Recently McGowan purchased Ritchie Insurance but since the acquisition the excellent service that was rendered at Ritchie Insurance has not changed. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional in the task performed on a daily basis, especially Michelle Keppler. Keep up the tremendously sensational job in the Muncie office.
