I have had the best service with McGowan. I had to make changes in my policies earlier in the year and Tiffany took care of this for me. She made it very easy for me. And Sarah has always been helpful with my health insurance plan. They are the best!!
Amy R is the best. I have what I think is a lot of different insurance policies for our home and business. At my age I forget and sometimes need her assistance to figure it all out. Everyone at McGowan is very helpful and do what needs to be done to "get it done". AAA+++ Had a pretty large claim at one time and they were there for us.
We have been with this company for many years. Marcie is our rep we work with and she is wonderful. Always will to research the best prices for us. She is very courteous, friendly and responds promptly to any inquires that we make.
I have been a client of McGowan group since the days it was the Pfenninger Agency. I have always been satisfied with the way. They treat their customers. I know if I have any kind of issue. All I have to do is call and someone walks me through it or takes care of it. Also through the years I have occasionally decided it’s time to see if I can find a cheaper rate.
