I have been a client of McGowan group since the days it was the Pfenninger Agency. I have always been satisfied with the way. They treat their customers. I know if I have any kind of issue. All I have to do is call and someone walks me through it or takes care of it. Also through the years I have occasionally decided it’s time to see if I can find a cheaper rate. I'd like to thank Kate and her associates for helping out with my car insurance. When I was going through some issues and had to get a hold of them they were very quick on resolving my needs. They worked with me and made the issues seem small . Thanks again Kate and others

The most pleasant and friendly folks you could ever hope to speak with. I think I spoke with a charming lady named Rachael who really seemed to appreciate my call in a warm and professional way and seemed eager to earn my business. This is a fine example of the dying art of customer service so I just want everyone to know it CAN STILL be found at McGowan! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very grateful for McGowen Insurance Group. They have helped us the UAW in New Castle with low rates and they are always friendly. Great place to do business.
