I have had the best service with McGowan. I had to make changes in my policies earlier in the year and Tiffany took care of this for me. She made it very easy for me. And Sarah has always been helpful with my health insurance plan. They are the best!!
I have been a client of McGowan group since the days it was the Pfenninger Agency. I have always been satisfied with the way. They treat their customers. I know if I have any kind of issue. All I have to do is call and someone walks me through it or takes care of it. Also through the years I have occasionally decided it’s time to see if I can find a cheaper rate. I think I spoke with a charming lady named Rachael who really seemed to appreciate my call in a warm and professional way and seemed eager to earn my business.
