First time using a broker; I appreciated Charlie doing the comparison shopping for better coverage at better rates. He answered my questions thoroughly, clearly explaining why and when each part of the policies are used. After trying to get my own quotes, comparing features and prices, I finally broke down and reached out to an Independent Agent. We needed someone who knew the language and was on our side. I had a great experience getting auto insurance with Legacy. I worked with Josh and he was quick to pick up the phone and thorough finding me the best coverage for my preferences, and I got a response and quote within a few hours. The quote he worked up for me has significantly better coverage at 2/3 the rate I was paying before.
