I have been with Legacy for many, many years and have always been treated with same respect as when I was a new customer! We recently added an outdoor living space to our home and felt we need to increase our coverage. Matt and Pam answered all my questions and quickly generated a policy that suited our needs.
I got charged for coverage that I specifically told them I didn't want. The company refused to correct the problem. The owner, Matt, ignored repeated emails and didn't even acknowledge me. I will not be getting insurance here in the future.
