First time using a broker; I appreciated Charlie doing the comparison shopping for better coverage at better rates. He answered my questions thoroughly, clearly explaining why and when each part of the policies are used. Overall an excellent, informative experience that I definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto and home policies.

I had a great experience getting auto insurance with Legacy. I worked with Josh and he was quick to pick up the phone and thorough finding me the best coverage for my preferences, and I got a response and quote within a few hours. The quote he worked up for me has significantly better coverage at 2/3 the rate I was paying before.
