I have been married 27 years. I was with the same ins co. since. Always paid, never late. Had kids, raised kids, kids moved out...never a change to the policy or a review or check up or anything. I just paid..like tax. Lake insurance reviewed everything top to bottom. There were not only coverage changes but cost savings as well - from an agency that seems excited and enthusiastic about what they do. I look forward to working with the staff at Lake.

DO NOT setup auto pay. This is a easy way for Erie to steal money from you. After changing half my vehicles to another provider that covered them for the amount of miles I drove them a year, which was very little, they threw a fit. They would not cover any new vehicles I bought unless they were added the day of purchase instead of giving you a few days. The other insurance provider didn’t cover cars that were driven daily. After being with the same insurance company for 15 years, I decided a change was needed, so I reached out to Lake Insurance. ShyAnn Ramsey was awesome to work with. She was very professional, as well as the front desk. A few days later, I am now a Lake Insurance client. Good job ShyAnn!!

Hitting a deer and totaling my car was not something I want to do again, but Erie insurance with Lake insurance company sure made a bad situation soooo much better. Every person was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed, gave me a good price for my car, did their jobs in a timely manner, and helped me get through this. They will be my insurance company for life.

Amy Zeis makes sure to explain everything to you about your policy. She found our best options for home & auto. She was able to save us over $600 a year on our auto by switching to them & combining our homeowners insurance.
