Dealing with Insurance could be frustrated but let me tell you JPS changed my perspective from the first phone call Jessie collected all my information and within 24 hours I had a quote which was roughly 60% cheaper than what I was paying. The customer service was A1 even during the holiday Jessie and Beth were communicating back-and-forth and were able to get me insurance in less than three days. I would highly recommend anyone that needs insurance to check these guys out you won’t be disappointed.
Highly recommend JPS Insurance. Shout outs to Sarah and Beth for helping me find car coverage. They were extremely helpful and personable. They really took to the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a few options to make sure I was getting the coverage that best suited me. As soon as I called I spoke to Jacqueline who was very kind and patient with me as I was trying to figure out the best option for me. It felt like she wanted to help me and unlike other larger insurance companies, I already felt like apart of the family. Please please please go to JPS if you want that personalized touch to help you with all your insurance needs. They were able to find me the cheapest choice out there!
