I’ve been with Jones Insurance for quite a while now. The few times I’ve needed to make claims I have been pleased to find my coverage appropriate to the situation! Insurance is big and scary and having a skilled agent to get you enough without too much is ideal!

Nikki processed my application over the phone and I found her to be courteous, professional, and effective. I'd rather speak to a person who knows what they're doing instead of a robot who needs you to make six choices on a decision tree and wait on hold before you can get any help. That's why I like Jones Insurance & Associates.
