I dealt mostly with Julie although Kim was also extremely helpful. Our previous policy was cancelled ( company pulled out of RI) and coming up with a new policy presented challenges. However, Julie was vigilant and thorough. She kept me updated throughout the process and assured me that we would have a new policy by the expiration date - always pleasant and accommodating - a pleasure working with her.
