I have been a customer of John Andrade Insurance for many years. Their customer service has always been excellent. I have called my agent on his cell when I had a quick policy question or needed an account number when in line at the DMV, and he consistently answered and got me the info I needed. I always feel I am getting the best rates as they review my policies often to keep things current and beneficial to our needs.
The agency I used to work with was getting more and more frustrating with confusing emails and phone answering machine trees that dumped me nowhere. Andrade helped me out with a tight deadline with a more favorable policy. Super helpful and easy to work with. And you can reach a pleasant and effective "operator" during business hours. Totally positive experience.
