Joseph Conrad @ Nationwide Insurance is in my opinion the best insurance rep and coverage around. Thru storm damage to our house, to a hit and run that really messed up my car...they were so easy to work with. Things were taken care of quickly and professionally and our rates did NOT go up.
I have had all my insurance with Joe Conrad and Nationwide for quiet some time now. Joe advised me on one occasion to improve my insurance coverage concerning my vehicles. Yes, it raised my rates but with several of the discounts it was not a great increase.
I have had Joe insure my home and auto for over 20 years. When things go bad, he and his staff is there.
