So bad so terrible. Every time after you have paid the full amount, they send you a bill asking you to pay extra again
I have had this company for 25 years or so and they always go out of their way to make sure I get the best coverage at the best price. I appreciate that. Even after some speeding tickets or an accident I never felt like I would be unprotected Jenkins handles my cars, trucks, utility trailer and my home. All under one roof with great customer service. Thank you for all you do for me and my family.
Whenever we need to update our policy because of buying a new car or some other change Mackenzie has been efficient and even sent me copies of the new policy because it wasn't convenient for me to get them online. Tammy checked our policies (home, auto, and umbrella) and applied a discount so we are paying less per month. Very good agency.
I bought my car insurance here for almost 2 years. Just bought a home a few months now and decided to get it insure here also, the agent who was working on my policy is very bad doesn’t really care about your need. It take them almost a month with you calling them multiple times to work on your policy. That is just the beginning. Now I need to update my policy, I call them to make a change and they tell me was going to call back, but never did for over two week. My insurance agent is Mckenzie I originally got my insurance a yr and a half ago she got me an amazing price for my vehicle insurance I honestly didn't think it would ever be as affordable as it was and recently I needed her help getting my paperwork in order to save my license and she was very helpful all in all I will say I'd never go anywhere else for insurance at this point the price doesn't even matter because the customer service is out of this world
