Edit to their response below: We called the number listed on your website, so instead of blaming me, you should probably update your number. Thankfully, she is no longer a client of theirs anymore. We just spoke with a representative. It was the worst customer service experience we've encountered. It was impossible to reach the agency as you get a busy signal when you attempt to call. Tonya is top notch and always has been for me. Traded a truck in for a newer one recently and after Progressive went up $70+ a month, she showed she couldn’t beat a competitor’s auto rate and STILL offered to check the quote and coverages to be sure the competitor was offering apples to apples. I kept my home with Jason White and Tonya but sadly had to move auto to another provider. Would recommend Tonya at Jason White Insurance to get things quoted and cross-checked - she will do you right even if she can’t beat a price!

This company is so amazing! I'm a new customer for them but they have already made me feel right at home! They have helped me to find some really reasonable car insurance. As a single mother, every penny counts! And Mrs. Tonya Scales worked so diligently to help me save more than pennies but has helped me to save hundreds! Thanks again to Mrs. Scales for all her hard work! This company has truly been a blessing!

My insurance agent, John Manning was really helpful with addition of car to policy and finding where we could save significantly since the last time we looked at all policies. We really appreciated the time taken that made a big difference. Katie always friendly and helpful as well.

We were with this company for 10 years and then we made a change to our car insurance and things became so confusing! The team there was not very clear and didn't explain very well why the car insurance went up 5 times the value. I've decided to move on and go with a different insurance company.
