Responsive and professional service at a budget friendly price! I needed to find homeowner's insurance that covered owning a Pit Bull, and was very glad a friend recommended J. Morey Company. My only regret is that I didn't find out about them sooner!
Bob Delivers! He has a good telephone presence and is able to understand the customer's needs. We just purchased earthquake insurance policies for two units through J. Morey. I thought it would require additional time however Bob was able to secure/write the policies within 24 hours and called me to let me know the policies were in effect. I've pretty much had the worst experience with insurance agents until now. The J. Morey group is efficient and is very good about giving you the best advice on what the best insurance policies would be good for you and they are on top of everything. They are easy to work with, personable, and its amazing to have people you can trust handling your insurance. Thank you J. Morey group :D
Anybody who doesn't rate The J. Morey Company at 5 stars has not dealt with other insurance agents. I have been using them since the mid 1970's when I could walk to their downtown office from my office on Broadway. I'd guess that a number of their current employees weren't even born when they wrote my first policy. I will never change agents. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about insurance. All of my family members use them. If they can't get it for you, you don't need it.
Every time I call Bob at J. Morey he greets me cheerfully. He remembers who I am, and asks about my family and personal life. All of this in spite of the limited communication we have had over the years. He is also very helpful and takes care of our requests in a timely fashion. I had considered switching agents because I recently moved 300 miles away, but in light of this excellent service from Bob, we will not be switching insurance agents!
