I was coming up for renewal with Bristol West one of their providers. I was informed if I wanted to save money I would have to look to external provider Geico or Progressive. I did exactly what I was told, I started my coverage with Progressive on the 10/26/2023 as I was instructed. Turns out my coverage with Bristol West was set to expire on the 10/21/2023. Per poor advice from Dean @ HSBR insurance, Bristol West charged me until 10/27/2023. When I confronted Dean about this, I 3 way called Bristol West. Both the represent... read more

Haven't been happy, though employees are nice. I just never get the info I request over and over. And it's very hard if you have cancer... allergies... to be in the office as the scent spray is so strong.
