Tyler M and Kim S were a pleasure to work with. I worked with Tyler to shop policies and he was able to answer all my questions and provided great recommendations. They were both very professional, responsive and clear with instructions. Best part is they were able to save my family quite a bit of money and provide us better coverage. Hershey Insurance Agency has been very helpful in renewing our group health, life, short term disability, voluntary life benefits, and the renewal of our commercial insurance, which includes automobile coverage, and also processing certificates of insurance for our customers.
