Absolutely Amazing!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Corey Lynn who went above and beyond. I am a first-time home buyer and was not aware that renter and homeowner insurance are one in the same so because my claims on my renters no insurance company wanted to cover me. Corey Lynn has gone above and beyond to help my family with our insurance. She’s the sweetest person and truly cares about her clients. She even sent me a sweet sympathy card and daisy flowers seeds to plant when my pet Daisy passed away and that meant the world to me.
Working with Tanya at Heinz Insurance is always such a pleasure. When I was concerned my rates were rising, she ran several different quotes from a couple different insurance groups and I'm now saving money! What's even better, the personal care and customer service is exceptional! I've been a customer for six years and highly recommend calling to see how much money you too can save!
When a customer calls to ask questions regarding 7 bills sent on same day with 7 different amounts and a portion of policy redacted, I would think it would be usual and customary to explain to client why, what is the issue, explain portion redacted rather than sit in silence and answer questions as if the client know the lingo/policy procedure/reason redacted, and what that means for the client.
