Working with Tanya at Heinz Insurance is always such a pleasure. When I was concerned my rates were rising, she ran several different quotes from a couple different insurance groups and I'm now saving money! When a customer calls to ask questions regarding 7 bills sent on same day with 7 different amounts and a portion of policy redacted, I would think it would be usual and customary to explain to client why, what is the issue, explain portion redacted rather than sit in silence and answer questions as if the client know the lingo/policy procedure/reason redacted, and what that means for the client. The Hines agency has always been really good to me, as has nationwide in general. They're always quick to answer my questions and give suggestions about different ways I can save money and do the right thing the way that it's supposed to be done.
