Ok this is on one person that works for flowers. I can't talk about others that work there. Jarred was my contact and the person that was handling my insurance needs. In the nicest way to say this is he could have cost me thousands if I did not contact progressive insurance myself and fix my coverage myself. And then he tries to tell me he didn't do anything wrong. The worst people ever! Do not return calls. Are rude when they answer. Then don’t care to keep your business. Must be nice to have that much business. Increased insurance by 40% a year without notice. Then argued with me when I called frustrated. Ran into one of the owners Tripp a while back and asked if he could help me add some coverage. Said he’d get right on it. Never heard from anyone. Beware, do not buy from them. They could care less if you are there or not!
