I will never ever use auto owners insurance again. I was given a written quote with an annual premium receipt and set it up for monthly billing. I made one payment and then got a bill the following month in the mail that tripled my monthly payment and they refused to do anything about it. Refuse to call me for days and weeks punted it back to the local agent and in turn the local agent. Refused to handle it and blamed it on corporate. Zero satisfaction will never do business with them again.
Ok this is on one person that works for flowers. I can't talk about others that work there. Jarred was my contact and the person that was handling my insurance needs. In the nicest way to say this is he could have cost me thousands if I did not contact progressive insurance myself and fix my coverage myself. And then he tries to tell me he didn't do anything wrong.
