I have been a client of Family Insurance Services for years and have always experienced good service. However, the last (2) weeks I have had an issue with switching from Citizen's or going to another insurance company and was assisted by Lucia Barrera my account manager, who was beyond helpful in my making the right choice for me. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to deal with when providing information. If you can please you their service, you will not be disappointed.
