Unprofessional, rude and full of errors. I called for car insurance. They started the application and asked me for all my personal info. Then the lady realized she was doing the wrong quote. When finalizing the quote, I asked about the details of coverage. She didn't know and kept giving me inaccurate information. I ended up going to the insurer's website to find the answers.
