I’ve had my insurance through OConnor and English for a couple years with mortgage and car. They are very friendly and informative! I like to ask a lot of questions so I know what I’m purchasing in my insurance. They have always been great by providing me quick, correct info. We were very grateful for the prompt and caring attention we received from Tammy at O'Connor and English Ins. Agency. When we informed the office of our home damage, we had a call from Nationwide first thing the next day. Then, when an adjuster (initially) couldn't get here for several weeks, another message to O'Connor- English resulted in a much better timeline for beginning repairs and the adjuster who assisted us was wonderful. When there is really a problem, they were very helpful and attentive. thanks
