We have been a customer of Eastern Shore for many years, our policies range from commercial to personal to recreational. Extremely customer friendly. Always accommodating no matter what questions I have had. Several times they have found discounts and lower rates for me without me having to ask. I've been with them for 20 or so years.
Very disappointed after years of faithful business with this company we were charged by Eastern Shores a whopping $500 because they had to do their job when I was hit by someone and they handled it , crazy , go elsewhere if you don’t want to pay to do what is part of job description twice !!!
