I have unfortunately had a couple of claims with my personal and our business policies, and both were handled very quickly and easily. Outstanding, thorough, friendly, professional and responsive service! Lynne was amazing in helping me review and update our policy so that we would have proper coverage for our park model trailer. It was important to her that we got it right and made sure she checked with the proper source. We both learned something in the process, so a win-win situation all the way around. For many years now, the staff at Don Rick have been a great asset to our school district. Their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. In particular, Wendy is one of the best representatives that I have had the pleasure of working with in my 28 years with the school district. Their coverage is comprehensive and competitively priced, and their service is second to none.
What I like most about Don Rick is Nancy! - She communicates as often as I need her to in the my preferred communication methods.
