So Audra was great but the compliance side was not so much. They (Stacie) from interstate truck license calls from Dixons phone number and tells you your drivers are not covered unless you send them this, that and the other thing. Then calls the drivers to scare them also by saying they are not covered until this and that. Sounds legit because they are calling from Dixon phone. They will do absolutely nothing if you need to make a claim…. I’ve been waiting 10 months for my truck….. haven’t heard a word from my adjuster… so I call my insurance agent “Dixon Insurance “… they tell me to go out and find the parts if I want my truck fixed.., because they can’t find the parts
