Unprofessional! If you’d like to be treated with respect and receive good customer service go somewhere else. I called to ask for quotes and I was given wrong information. I called left voice messages and they were never returned and I sent them an email and that was never returned either. I was helped by some human called Meghan and she was very rude to me. She was very unprofessional and negative towards me without even knowing me. Do yourself a favor and find better agency!
megan is so rude - the lady with cheap looking black extensions and a bad attitude . didn’t seem like she knew much about her job nor did she know how to communicate . very impolite and unpleasant experience - do better since i see this isn’t your first bad review megan ! :)
