Joe was too pompous to deal with me, a little guy with too many questions. I got a mailer with good rates and signed up on a small commercial rental property. I eventually added single rentals into a blanket insurance plan and bought a personal umbrella. I like to ask a lot of questions so that I understand my coverage in plain language. Going through the process of getting insurance for a commercial property and a restaurant that serves liquor is no easy task. Definitive Insurance made the process so easy. In a quarter of time and effort Joe with Definitive Insurance was able to give me a fantastic rate and the feeling that all my insurance needs were met. I switched my auto and home insurance to Definitive earlier this year. They were very helpful in explaining coverage in non-insurance terms and I was able to save a few hundred dollars even with adding my 17 year old daughter to the policy! Keep up the great work!
