Joe was amazing to work with. We needed flood insurance for our new home and we were struggling to find someone who would help us. I gave Joe a call and he made it happen. He communicates clearly and in terms that are easy to understand throughout the whole process. I will definitely use him for all my future needs. Cannot recommend him enough!

Joe was too pompous to deal with me, a little guy with too many questions. I got a mailer with good rates and signed up on a small commercial rental property. I eventually added single rentals into a blanket insurance plan and bought a personal umbrella. I like to ask a lot of questions so that I understand my coverage in plain language. Going through the process of getting insurance for a commercial property and a restaurant that serves liquor is no easy task. Definitive Insurance made the process so easy.
