I had reached out to get several quotes and planned to work with Dean Heckle and Hill for my business insurance needs. I either wasnt enough business for them or they just didnt want to deal with me. Both quotes, one I had done previously took over a week and a half and me having to reach out several times to even get the quote, then this time when I decided to quote GL, Comp, and Auto I was yet again brushed aside, handed to someone else made to wait a week, then told I should probably go with someone else.
