We worked with Irma Mendoza and cannot say enough positive things about our experience. She is professional, attentive and kind. The day after we moved into our new home, we learned there was a leak in our water line - thankfully, Irma had included line coverage in our plan and connected us with an adjustor quickly and the extremely expensive repair was fully covered.
Great service here at Crystal. Andres Mendoza, the agent I mostly work with, is very knowledgeable, patient and answers all my questions. He recently reviewed policy and was able to negotiate a discount with insurance company which reduced our condo building insurance premium by 20%. Thank you!
