My experience with CHI has been nothing but amazing since I walked through the door the first time. My circumstances are never the norm, always complicated lol but they make what seems to be impossible flawless and they carry the weight of any burdens I have had. I continue to use them for all my needs. I have several policies with them and know they will take care of me no matter how difficult and time consuming my needs are.

I highly recommend Shaunae Bouaseng she was super helpful when my father and I were having trouble with our insurance policy, felt like no one cared about our issue but she stepped in and got answers for me!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with CHI, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential customers. From the outset, customer service has been abysmal. Calls are met with long wait times, and when you finally get through, the representatives often seem unhelpful or inadequately trained. My inquiries were met with generic responses that didn't address my specific concerns, making each interaction frustrating and unproductive.
