Honestly these guys seem a little thick, I'd go to State farm or any where that the agent actually does his job 🤷
I have used CMI for many years. Several things stand out: Insurance can be complex, they make it easy. Great customer service. I set myself up so that they contact me to "review and shop" my coverage every 3 years. I would lose track of that myself. Doing it annually is annoying. Every 3 years is a good interval to assure value. Really nice people. I'm always treated like one of the family.
I have been with this agency for years now for any of my insurance needs. I used to work with Alex all the time before and he was always great, always a pleasure to work with.
