I have used CMI for many years. Several things stand out: Insurance can be complex, they make it easy. Great customer service. I set myself up so that they contact me to "review and shop" my coverage every 3 years. I would lose track of that myself. Doing it annually is annoying. Every 3 years is a good interval to assure value. Really nice people. I'm always treated like one of the family.

I have been with this agency for years now for any of my insurance needs. I used to work with Alex all the time before and he was always great, always a pleasure to work with. A year or two ago I started working with Lindey, she is great to work with as well, she replies to your emails as soon as possible within minutes I would say. Whenever I have had any issues, questions, or concerns, the people here have always helped me with them in a very pleasant manner. I makes me feel good to be able to do business in my home town, with people that also live in the same community.

Cory provides fast responses and has a great 'can do' attitude'. He will tell you if something can be done or get an answer for you. Great people.
