I interact with the CBS staff several times per week. They are always willing to help, quick to respond and very knowledgeable and professional. One of the many things I like is when they are not sure of an answer they will let me know upfront and then they proceed to find the answer - usually very quickly. The CBS employees make any interaction an enjoyable experience. I do not hesitate to call on them for assistance!
Everyone that I've dealt with at CBS Insurance has been friendly & professional. Whenever I had a question, they would always give me a prompt & accurate response. About the time that I realized that my homeowner or auto insurance was coming up for renewal, I'd be getting an email from their office telling me that they've already evaluated my policy and have included price quotes. I highly recommend CBS.
CBS is phenomenal at what they do. They are knowledgable, prompt, and friendly. We work in a fast paced industry and they are always right there, at any time, to help, assist, answer questions, and do whatever we need. The BEST thing about CBS on top of their expertise is their customer service. It is BAR-NONE the BEST customer service out there!!
