As a contractor, I have done business with this company for over 15 years for my general liability insurance, and I will continue to do so. It is vital for a contractor to have a strong relationship with a provider that offers peace of mind when a situation arises. Although I receive offers from other outfits for less expensive rates, I see no reason to change for a "better deal." This company operates with integrity, like a "handshake deal" outfit. I highly recommend them.
Think there should be personal outreach when policy is about to renew. I am always the one to contact agent instead of other way around. Yes, my business is minor compared to larger accounts but there should be some contact year to year as a courtesy.
