We have been extremely happy after a transition to Caerus a little more that a year ago. We get regular request for Certificates of Insurance and they are quick to get them back to our clients. They communicate very well and timely, a relief when you don't have to followup when you make a request. At last, their rates were superior to our previous insurance agency.
