I used to swear by this company. When Chad was there, it was INCREDIBLE! As rates have increased, the customer service has dropped. I have been waiting to hear back for a month and a half now for options on lowering our rates. I even followed up and never received a response. So, today when I canceled, I got this as a response: “I’ll send you an email because it has to be in writing. Ok. Thanks, bye”. Didn’t ask why or try and keep us.
I like that Brinck Insurance isn't a big conglomerate. Yet, they are diverse enough to communicate the knowledge I need to move through the insurance process. And, when I need technical insurance advice, they deliver that as well. All around a great experience.
We have had various insurance policies with Per Brinck for over 10 years. He is reliable and always available. The office staff is professional. Highly recommend!
