Tara & Jeffrey have always helped us out with everything we needed. There have been times that we really needed to get COI for new brokers, or adding new drivers to our policy, etc & it was getting close to closing time & Tara would do whatever she could to get it taken care of before she left for the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Bayou insurance is the way to go for insurance for trucking companys.
Such a smooth process obtaining insurance with this company. Several days after I had paid my yearly premium I actually received a call from the owner advising me that he had actually located a less expensive policy. Looking forward to a long relationship. Thanks for everything.
