I've been using Barbee Jackson for 2 years now for my dealership and have not had any issues thus far. For transparency, I have not had to submit any claims during this time so I can't speak of this process, however the customer service(Vasana Small has been my POC) has been excellent. Will continue to do business with them in the foreseeable future.
Jennifer is Great! A true asset to this company. She's professional but also personable. She make me feel comfortable and that she's looking out for my best interest. A lot of insurance companies sell you a policy then treat you like a number. Not this company. We've been with them for 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're in the market for a great agent this is the place to go especially if you request Jennifer.
