We have used Bagwell for years. Anytime I need to make a change or claim on our policy, they have handled everything for us and we’ve gotten all the paperwork in a timely manner. I’ve been forwarded to leave a voicemail but they always return the call quickly and are very personable.
I want to thank you for never answering your phone. Also, I'd like to thank you for not calling me back. My father died in back in March 2024. I called repeatedly, left voice mails, asking what do I need to do now his house is in my name. Silence!! Nothing!! Why anyone would do business with you is beyond me.
