I want to thank you for never answering your phone. Also, I'd like to thank you for not calling me back. My father died in back in March 2024. I called repeatedly, left voice mails, asking what do I need to do now his house is in my name. Silence!! Nothing!! Why anyone would do business with you is beyond me. I don't know how anyone is able to get in contact with you. Press 5 for home owners insurance is a farce. We have used Bagwell for years. Anytime I need to make a change or claim on our policy, they have handled everything for us and we’ve gotten all the paperwork in a timely manner. I’ve been forwarded to leave a voicemail but they always return the call quickly and are very personable.

I've been using Bagwell for over four years now for both home and auto insurance. Their service has been great and always prompt. For service that great, you would expect higher prices but they are very competitive. I would highly recommend this team!
