I was extremely pleased with the advice and level of service I received from Kim Lewellen-Powers and Matt Derrenberger. I needed luxury limousine commercial coverage and Kim was helpful and patient with my questions and concerns over a several month process (my long process, not theirs). I highly recommend them!
If I could give no stars and leVe a review I would. Ashley is the worst customer service person I have ever had to deal with. She does not return calls promptly and is basically useless at her job.
